The time has come to announce my retirement from solo private medical practice, my last day will be on May 31, 2024. It has been an honor and privilege for me to have attended as your primary care physician and to have served our wonderful community for all these years. If you would like to schedule a final appointment with me, I recommend doing so soon as availability may become limited.

It is important that you establish care with a new doctor promptly. If you need assistance, kindly contact your health insurance plan or the Monterey County Medical Society at (831) 455-1008. To obtain a copy of your medical record or transfer it to another physician, please download and fill out and sign this medical records release form.

Furthermore, if you know of anyone who would be interested in taking over any aspect of my practice, please have them contact me. I would be more than happy to help facilitate the transition. As I approach saying goodbye to the business side of practicing medicine, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported me throughout the years, especially my staff and the many local healthcare professionals and business service providers. I love my profession, and taking care of patients is the most fulfilling part. However, it would not have been possible without the dedication of my team.

I deeply cherish the opportunity to have been your doctor and thank you for entrusting me with your health and well-being. It was an incredible journey, and I will miss you all dearly.
