The path of release from suffering

The Buddha said, “The moment you know how your suffering came to be, you are already on the path of release from it.” Once we understand what factors and behaviors cause or contribute to our problems, we can avoid them or stop practicing them, all at once or one at a time. Once we know what contributes to our well-being, to our happiness, we can start cultivating that. Buddhist tools give us a method to create and maintain change and to develop the wisdom to live better and more meaningful lives. They help us see who we are and who we are meant to be.
