Change is what we do in the present moment

Eating a plant-based diet is eating with good intention. The key to change is never what we think we can’t do now or what we plan to do in the future; change is what we do in the present moment. Not eating unhealthy foods is an action. Not doing something harmful is doing something. Once we stop reinforcing old food habits, we can allow a space to emerge in which we can create new, healthier habits.
